If you want us to ship your product, make sure to add the Shipping product to your cart before checking out.

Payments

We are using a platform called Zeffy. With Zeffy, we do not pay any fees for these transactions, so 100% of your purchase goes to the foundation! On your credit card statement, you will see
“ZEFFY PURPOSE THROUG” as the merchant.

Timeframe

To save money on stocking items, we have partnered with Angry Duck Graphics to print these items on demand. That means they may take 1-2 weeks to get to you, but it also means we can keep more money available to help T1D’s with their medical costs.

Returns

Because these items are custom printed, we cannot accept any returns, however, if there is a defect in your item or the decoration, please contact us and we will try to accommodate an acceptable solution.
